The Cerro Gordo Ghost Town in southern California, just miles from Death Valley National Park, just sold for $1.4 million. This 320 acre property includes a hotel, homes, a general store and more — "nearly 22 buildings in all" according to the property listing. Cerro Gordo's new owners, Brent Underwood and Jon Bier, plan to restore the town to attract tourists, events, and retreats.
